Kairn Advisory comes from the needs between entrepreneurs and investors to evaluate research and guide innovation through a network of experts.
His founder, Kevin Adam, holds a PhD degree in Oncology. Since 2010, he developed biotech entrepreneurship skills getting a MBE (Master of Business Engineering) and being PhD consultant in innovation for the creation of several spin-off.
In 2015, during his postdoctoral research, he joined the direction of the Advanced Professional Degree Consulting Club (APDCC) of University of California San Diego (UCSD), got industry training with the Cheeky Scientist Association and was certified associate for Innovation Management by the IXL center (Innovation, eXcellence and Leadership) and the GIMI (Global Innovation Management Institute).
For two years, he became the CEO of the French BioBeach Business Platform catalyzing networking between European and American startups within the USA ecosystem.
Over the years Kevin supported numerous startups for innovation in life science including multiple Artificial Intelligence applications. In 2023, he co-founded the startup Rosetta Omics as General Director and became Chief Scientific Officer to concretize a long-standing idea, from exciting discussion during his PhD, to apply the power of mass spectrometry with spatial analysis for the fight against cancer now optimized with the AI potential to help physicians and patients.
In the meantime, Kevin has been volunteering and backpacking for several association and non-profit organizations around the world (France, United Kingdom, Nepal, USA, Peru, Madagascar…), supporting cancer research and science education.
